Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of UgotDough, the dividend-tracking service at ugotdough.app (the “Service”), operated by UgotDough (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

UgotDough lets you connect brokerage accounts through our data partner SnapTrade and view portfolio information — holdings, balances, transactions, declared and paid dividends, calendars, and income projections — in one place. Connections are read-only: the Service cannot place trades, move money, or change anything in your brokerage accounts.

Not financial advice

The Service is an information and tracking tool only. Nothing in it is investment, tax, or financial advice, and no projection or estimate is a promise of future income or returns. Dividend data comes from brokerages, fund issuers, and other third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect; always verify figures with your brokerage before making decisions. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its software belong to UgotDough. Your portfolio data belongs to you; you grant us the permission needed to store, process, and display it to you as part of operating the Service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free data. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UgotDough’s total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including investment losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time through the in-app Support tab. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
